Job summary

Capco is hiring a Change Management Consultant to help clients navigate complex business and technology transformations. You will work at the intersection of people, process and technology, delivering change management plans, stakeholder engagement and adoption strategies across large-scale initiatives.

You’ll apply Prosci methodologies and the ADKAR model to drive readiness, communications and training, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, HR, psychology, communications or related field.
• Prosci Change Management Certification.
• 2–5 years of experience in change management, organizational effectiveness or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies for complex transformation initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder, change impact and readiness assessments.
• Develop targeted communications, training and enablement activities to drive adoption.
• Partner with client leaders to identify change risks and strengthen leadership alignment.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews and track change readiness, engagement and adoption.
