Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Communications, Business, HR, or related field.
• 7+ years of organizational change management or transformation consulting experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology, process, or organizational change.
• Strong facilitation, communications, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Communications, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Strong facilitation, communications, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.


• Ability to work with all organizational levels using discretion and diplomacy.

Desired/ Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Prosci, CCMP, or comparable change management certification.


• Government or public-sector transformation experience.


• Experience with ERP, EAM, digital modernization, or workforce initiatives.
