Job summary

Northwestern Mutual seeks a Change Management professional to lead small to medium change initiatives, focusing on people, process, technology, and culture to realize business outcomes. You will collaborate with leaders, sponsors, and project teams to map and navigate change across the enterprise.

You will design and implement change plans, communicating effectively, managing resistance, and driving adoption to maximize business benefits, while partnering with the enterprise COE to advance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong understanding of how people go through change and the change process.

Responsibilities

• Applies NM change methodology to deliver the people side of change for business outcomes.
• Identify risks and resistance, and develop mitigation plans.
• Develop change management plans including training, communication, and sponsorship; guide others to execute plans.
