Job summary

Sidley Austin LLP is seeking a Change Management Associate Analyst within the Organizational Effectiveness team to drive adoption of strategic initiatives, manage stakeholder engagement, and develop communications and training that minimize disruption while delivering sustainable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline required.
• A minimum of 2 years supporting organizational change management or related initiatives.
• Excellent writing and grammar skills.
• Superior knowledge of the MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Drive change management activities for medium- to large-scale initiatives.
• Prepare and execute change management plans including stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption strategies.
• Conduct organizational change impact and readiness assessments.
• Partner with project leaders to build alignment and strengthen leadership.
• Co-develop communications, presentations, and materials to promote awareness.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to design role-based training.
• Monitor adoption, readiness, and engagement metrics; provide recommendations.
• Prepare executive dashboards and status reports on progress and risks.
• Contribute to the firm's change management methodology and tools.
• Stay informed on emerging practices to enhance capabilities.
