Swire Coca-Cola, USA is seeking an Organizational Change Analyst to support change management efforts across new processes, systems, and ways of working. You will partner with project teams and stakeholders to coordinate deliverables, communicate impacts, and gather readiness data.

The role requires an associate degree and experience in change management, communications, and training coordination. A fast-paced environment and cross-functional collaboration are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• 1+ years Change Management preferred.
• Knowledge of organizational change management principles and practices.
• Strong written communications, presentations, FAQs, and employee-facing change materials.
• Experience coordinating multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience gathering and analyzing stakeholder readiness data.
• Experience training coordination and employee enablement.
• Microsoft Office and collaboration tools experience supporting communication and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate change deliverables and track progress to maintain adoption readiness.
• Create and distribute communications explaining change impacts and timelines.
• Coordinate training and enablement activities for new processes and systems.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and document readiness concerns and adoption risks.
• Maintain change management documentation, dashboards, and status reports.
• Provide transition support and escalate adoption challenges when needed.
