Central Michigan University is seeking a Change Analyst I/II/III/SR to assess and manage the impact of organizational change across academic and administrative units. You will partner with change managers, business analysts, and project managers to design tailored communication and engagement strategies that minimize disruption and support adoption.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, data-driven insights, and the ability to adapt to evolving environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in change management or organizational change management (OCM).
• Demonstrated experience with stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
• Certification in Change Management (e.g. Prosci or CCMP) is preferred.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g. ADKAR, Lewin's Change Model).
