This role partners with stakeholders across academic and administrative units to conduct impact assessments, design tailored communication and engagement strategies, track readiness, and provide data-driven insights that minimize disruption and enable adoption. By working closely with change managers, business analysts, and project managers, the change analyst ensures that cultural, technological, and process changes are clearly understood, effectively communicated, and successfully implemented. The level of the position (I, II, III, or Senior) reflects the scope of work, years of experience required, and level of autonomy in performing tasks.
