Job summary

Meet Life Sciences Ltd. in the United States is seeking a Change Management Analyst to support a transformation program, driving effective communication, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption activities.

You will develop materials, coordinate readiness, track metrics, and partner with the Change Management Lead to deliver OCM initiatives within a dynamic enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Change Management (OCM), or Communications.
• Experience developing communications and engagement materials.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement.
• Experience supporting transformation or organizational change initiatives.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
