Job summary

• Proven experience working with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Solid background in Agile methodologies.
• High attention to detail with the ability to follow established processes and playbooks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to large groups.
• Process driven and detail oriented

Responsibilities

• Own delivery readiness and execution discipline by ensuring backlog items entering sprints are fully prioritized, refined, dependency cleared, and technically viable.
• Coordinate end to end release readiness and execution, ensuring testing, validation, approvals, and deployment activities are planned, visible, and completed without last minute escalation.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to align scope, sequencing, and priorities with delivery capacity and release timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve flow efficiency, and strengthen delivery and release practices.
• Provide release support coverage as needed, including participation in planned release activities and limited on call support to ensure stable deployments and rapid issue triage.
• Plan, manage, coordinate, communicate and deploy weekly and "on demand" (expedited / emergency) releases on a rotational basis.
• Participate in additional release management activities: Patching, Cloning, Upgrades, Key Notifications (gathering information, drafting and distribution) and AGILE/JIRA daily standups and story tracking

We are seeking an experienced Release Management Coordinator to support enterprise level change and release governance. This role is responsible for coordinating complex release activities, managing change governance documentation, and ensuring adherence to established SDLC and compliance processes. Prior enterprise level release management experience is highly preferred due to the complexity of the release methodology and existing playbooks.
