The role covers planning and executing weekly and on-demand releases, working nights and some weekends, and ensuring adherence to SDLC and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience opening Change Requests and using data to drive risk-based decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• SDLC experience across enterprise environments.
• Experience with AGILE/JIRA to track work and progress.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage release-related Change Requests within ServiceNow, ensuring timely approvals and alignment with schedules.
• Plan, coordinate, and deploy weekly and on-demand releases, including nights and weekends.
• Lead or participate in AGILE/JIRA daily standups and story tracking; support patching, cloning, upgrades.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to evaluate issues and provide technological solutions.
• Coordinate communication between business and technology teams to manage schedules and deliverables.
