Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in Release Management and Change Governance, preferably in large enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of SDLC processes, especially within regulated organizations.
- Proven experience working with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Solid background in Agile methodologies.
- High attention to detail with the ability to follow established processes and playbooks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to large groups.
- Process driven and detail oriented
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Analytical problem solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
What You Will Be Doing
Release & Change Management
Coordinate and manage release activities, including code freezes, change requests, change reviews, approvals, and release scheduling.
- Ensure releases follow established SDLC methodologies and documented playbooks.
- Manage enterprise change events within the Enterprise Change Management (ECM) platform (The Registry).
- Collect, refine, maintain, and archive governance documentation related to release and change activities.
Governance & Stakeholder Engagement
Take detailed meeting minutes during governance forums and distribute to appropriate stakeholders.
- Serve as a point of contact for questions related to release and change processes.
- Collaborate with controls, risk, and compliance teams to support audit and governance requirements.
Business Execution & Issue Management
Consult on and participate in moderately complex Business Execution initiatives and deliverables.
- Contribute to large scale planning and execution of Business Execution deliverables.
- Review and analyze moderately complex challenges requiring in depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Support issue management reporting and contribute to the resolution of identified issues.
- Partner with client and internal teams to drive effective execution while following policies and procedures.
