Job summary

iShare Inc. in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Change Management Specialist for a hybrid role (3 days on-site).

The candidate will bring 8+ years of IT Service Management and Change Management experience, with strong ServiceNow Change Management expertise and governance oversight across CAB, calendars, and CI relationships. The ideal candidate will have ITIL knowledge (ITIL 4 Foundation) and experience with CMDB/CSDM, ITSM processes, and analytics reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT Service Management / Change Management experience.
• Strong ServiceNow Change Management expertise.
• Experience with CAB, Change Enablement, Change Calendar, and Change Governance.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, CI relationships, and ITSM processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, dashboards, workflows, and reporting.
• Strong ITIL knowledge; ITIL 4 Foundation required.
• Experience with Incident & Problem Management integration.
• Knowledge of DevOps/CI-CD change management and automation.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Financial services/banking experience is preferred.
• ServiceNow CSA/CIS-ITSM certification is a plus.
