Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Organizational Transformation and Change Specialist to help design and implement transformation initiatives for space clients. You will assess how changes impact business design and processes and drive improvements across organization performance and strategy.

You will work with leadership to standardize processes, develop new capabilities, and enhance service quality while exploring optimization opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience leveraging fundamental models and frameworks to deliver organizational design, change management, process improvement, organizational performance management, or strategic planning capabilities
• 3+ years of experience facilitating organizational design, change management, process improvement, or strategic planning client-facing workshops
• Experience at a consulting firm or with a defense contractor
• Ability to attend client site meetings
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Identify long‑term goals and support the design of processes and structures needed to achieve them
• Drive improvements to space client capabilities through process standardization and innovative technical solutions
• Connect with internal stakeholders, manage and report on the pipeline, and facilitate sales to generate revenue
