Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking a Digital Transformation Lead to guide clients through strategy, organization design, process improvement, and technology adoption to solve traditional business challenges with new digital solutions.

You will lead strategy teams to stand up new organizations, transform existing structures, and apply AI, cyber, automation, and other emerging technologies for Space Force and DoW programs. Strong program management and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with strategy and transformation capabilities, including organization design or stand‑up, strategic planning, process improvement, and technology adoption
• 8+ years of experience with program management and business development for large‑scale DoW or federal government programs
• Experience leading technology innovation or organizational transformation involving AI, cyber, automation, or emerging technologies
• Experience identifying, managing, and communicating dependencies, risks, blockers, and action items to support successful client delivery
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering
