• Clearance: Secret (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning and process improvement using change management to align talent, capabilities, and operations.
• Perform data analysis and visualization to tell compelling stories with insights.
• Identify workforce learning needs and develop sessions for continued employee development.
• Design and deliver people-centered initiatives to improve engagement, recognition, and knowledge management.
• Create visually appealing, data-centric client deliverables and workforce communications.
