Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Change Management & Insights Lead to design and run how we measure real behavior change across the enterprise. You will own the measurement roadmap and treat it as a product, collaborating with AI initiatives to turn signals into actionable leadership guidance.

You will combine qualitative interviews and quantitative data, study adoption, and translate findings into campaigns and messaging.
