Job summary

Capgemini Invent in San Francisco seeks a Senior Consultant to lead organizational change strategy for AI-enabled transformations. You will drive adoption, design workshops, and deliver stakeholder-ready roadmaps across strategy, technology, and people.

You will mentor junior team members, collaborate with business and technology teams, and measure adoption outcomes using KPIs, ensuring measurable impact and value for clients.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years OCM/transformation experience with client-facing leadership.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience shaping communications, training, and readiness activities at scale.
• Ability to tie change activities to outcomes and adoption metrics.
• Clear, pragmatic communicator with strong delivery discipline.
• Understanding of AI-enabled tools in organizational change contexts.
• Fluency with OCM frameworks and adoption measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change strategy and execution for transformation initiatives, including AI-enabled adoption approaches
• Conduct change impact assessments and translate insights into actionable adoption plans, KPIs, and corrective actions
• Design and facilitate workshops for executives, leaders, and impacted teams to drive alignment and readiness
• Develop executive-ready narratives, communications, and structured recommendations for the transformation roadmap
• Shape high-quality organizational change deliverables (e.g., stakeholder maps, governance, RACI) while coaching junior team members and partnering closely with business and technology teams
