Capital Group seeks a Change Management & Insights Lead in Los Angeles to design and run how we measure real behavior change across the firm, in partnership with the Enterprise AI Change team. You will own the listening system, keep it sharp, and ensure insights inform strategy.

You’ll collaborate with AI, analytics, and product teams to connect signals from usage data and surveys, turning findings into actionable guidance for leaders. This is a thinking role, not a reporting job.

Qualifications

• You are a researcher at heart with UX or design background.
• You understand the difference between tracking activity and real behavior.
• You research at AI speed and use AI tools to plan studies, synthesize interviews, and spot patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design and run measurements of real behavior change across the firm.
• Own the listening system roadmap and keep it sharp over time.
• Partner with the Enterprise AI product, analytics, and platform teams to connect data signals.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for leaders.
