You will drive adoption, KPIs, and actionable plans across leadership and impacted teams, while shaping governance and stakeholder engagement. This role emphasizes collaboration across strategy, technology, data, and design.

You will mentor junior staff and partner with business and technology teams to deliver measurable change outcomes and sustained improvements.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years OCM/transformation experience with client-facing leadership.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience shaping communications, training, and readiness at scale.
• Ability to tie change activities to outcomes and adoption metrics.
• Clear, pragmatic communicator with delivery discipline.
• Understanding of AI-enabled tools in organizational change contexts.
• Fluency with OCM frameworks and adoption measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change strategy and execution for transformation initiatives, including AI-enabled adoption approaches.
• Conduct change impact assessments and translate insights into adoption plans and KPIs.
• Design and facilitate workshops for executives and teams to drive alignment.
• Develop executive narratives and structured recommendations for the transformation roadmap.
• Shape high-quality change deliverables (stakeholder maps, governance, RACI) and coach juniors.
