Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the United States is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead organizational change strategy within AI-enabled transformations. You will drive end-to-end change programs, design adoption plans, and partner with business and technology teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

You bring 5–8 years of OCM/transformation experience with client-facing leadership, strong facilitation, and the ability to tie activities to adoption metrics, along with fluency in AI-enabled change contexts.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to apply AI concepts to enterprise transformation.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management across senior audiences.
• Experience shaping communications, training, and readiness at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change strategy and execution for transformation initiatives, including AI-enabled adoption approaches.
• Conduct change impact assessments and translate insights into adoption plans and KPIs.
• Design and facilitate workshops for executives and teams to drive alignment and readiness.
• Develop executive-ready narratives, communications, and recommendations for the transformation roadmap.
• Shape high-quality organizational change deliverables (stakeholder maps, governance, RACI) and coach junior team members.
