The role partners with business lines and RCA teams to implement risk frameworks that align with regulatory expectations and corporate standards. The successful candidate will translate complex requirements into actionable outcomes, lead cross-functional initiatives, and ensure effective risk controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically more than eight years of applicable experience.
• Extensive expertise in credit card risk, governance, and content review.
• Strong regulatory acumen and ability to translate complex requirements into actions.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and oversee an effective risk management framework across LOBs.
• Identify gaps, inform solutions to minimize losses from weak processes.
• Escalate risks and act as liaison between Line of Business and Lines of Defense.
