Job summary

RESPEC Inc. seeks an experienced Change Control & Configuration Manager – Intermediate to support Indian Affairs and OIT programs. You will coordinate CCM, manage changes, and oversee release activities while engaging government and contractor stakeholders to ensure compliant delivery. A PMP and enterprise IT experience are required, with hands-on expertise in CMDBs and Agile/Waterfall approaches.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience with Change Control, Configuration Management, and/or Release Management in an enterprise IT environment.
• Experience with CMDBs, configuration repositories, or comparable systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the OIT Configuration Management Plan and related documentation per NIST/DOI/IA/OIT requirements.
• Coordinate change-control activities from intake through approval and closure.
• Coordinate release-management activities using available tools and processes.
• Lead CCM-related meetings, document decisions, and track actions.
• Support CCM service improvements and governance across teams.
