The role partners across business and technology teams to develop change strategies, assess impacts, and identify readiness gaps, resistance, and adoption risks, ensuring teams are prepared for new ways of working.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Structured change strategies including impact assessments and readiness plans.
• Experience preparing teams for new ways of working and reinforcing adoption.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated change and adoption plan aligned with milestones and outcomes.
• Track change evolution, readiness, adoption progress, and stabilization post-implementation.
• Coordinate across business and technology domains to align stakeholders and ensure delivery.
• Assess impacts to roles, processes, systems, and engagement with stakeholders; mitigate risks.
• Prepare leaders for new ways of working through targeted communications and training.
• Define and monitor adoption and stabilization measures to evaluate effectiveness.
