Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the rollout of the Supplier Information Management System (SIMS) in Seattle. You will guide change strategy, training, and communications across cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure successful adoption.

Responsibilities include developing training, SOPs, and communications, conducting readiness assessments, and partnering with program leadership to align with milestones and business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational change, or digital transformation roles.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise system implementations or large scale business transformations.
• Strong background in training development, facilitation, and documentation (SOPs, workflows, job aids).
• Demonstrated ability to lead change across multiple teams and functions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast paced environments.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive change management plan for the SIM program launch.
• Conduct readiness assessments and impact analysis to mitigate adoption risks.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to align change activities with milestones.
• Create role-based training materials including live, virtual, and e-learning content.
• Deliver live training sessions and workshops for internal teams and suppliers.
• Capture feedback and drive continuous improvement of the change approach.
