Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager II to lead complex Talent Acquisition Operations technology and transformation initiatives. The role blends PM, business analysis, data analytics and tech design to translate operational challenges into actionable requirements.

You will collaborate across HRIT, vendors and TA stakeholders to drive automation, data insights and measurable business value. Hybrid role in Lake County, IL with remote elements.

Qualifications

• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, current/future-state design, workflow analysis and translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Proven ability to independently lead enterprise technology/transformation projects from discovery through implementation.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis with ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends; Power BI or similar visualization experience preferred.
• Experience with complex enterprise tech ecosystems and system integrations; HR tech experience highly valued.
• Ability to take undefined problems, structure work, gather data, develop options and drive execution with limited direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead TA Operations technology and transformation projects from discovery through implementation and stabilization.
• Translate challenges into documented business, process, data and tech requirements.
• Conduct current-state and future-state analysis to identify automation opportunities and improved controls.
• Analyze operational/tech data to identify trends, root causes and capacity constraints.
• Develop dashboards and executive-ready insights across TA Operations.
• Collaborate with HRIT, vendors and TA stakeholders to implement tech solutions across ServiceNow, Workday, First Advantage, SmartRecruiters, Phenom and AI tools.
• Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, testing/UAT and post-launch stabilization.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks and cross-functional accountability.
• Support candidate fraud/risk initiatives including identity verification and AI-driven document review.
• Define baseline measures and post-implementation metrics for value delivery.
• Identify opportunities for workflow automation and AI enablement.
