Job summary

Fresenius Group is seeking a Technical Implementation Specialist to lead the implementation and ongoing technical support of CGT Technologies software at customer sites. You will collaborate with IT, automation, MSAT, Quality, and other technical teams to translate requirements into deployable solutions and ensure successful project delivery.

The role includes installation, configuration, system integration, testing, and upgrades, plus frequent communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science required.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in software implementation, systems administration or similar fields.
• Customer-facing experience implementing or supporting software in regulated environments (biotech/pharma/medical devices).
• Experience with Windows/Windows Server, SQL Server, databases and web applications.
• Networking, Wi-Fi, VPNs, firewalls, HTTPS/TLS, and connectivity troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Owns implementation and technical support of the CGT Technologies portfolio at customer sites.
• Supports pre-sale activities and customer requirements assessments.
• Defines scope, prerequisites, dependencies, risks, and completion criteria.
• Develops and manages implementation plans including installation, configuration, and upgrades.
• Coordinates with IT, automation, MSAT, Quality and other stakeholders to align resources and progress.
• Translates technical requirements into practical system configurations and workflows.
• Tracks progress and communicates decisions and risks to stakeholders.
• Resolves installation, configuration, integration, connectivity, and performance issues.
• Supports testing, validation, and change control processes.
• Maintains records in CRM and other systems.
• Travels up to 10% as needed.
