Zusammenfassung

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a Technical Implementation Specialist to lead the implementation and technical support of the CGT Technologies software at customer sites. You will work with IT, automation engineering, MSAT, Quality, and other tech functions to assess requirements, plan deployments, and coordinate upgrades.

Responsibilities include installation, configuration, system integration, testing, and validation, with travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in software implementation, systems administration, systems integration, technical support, or related field.
• Experience implementing, integrating, or supporting software systems in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience with Windows and Windows Server, SQL Server, databases, web applications, and report generation.
• Knowledge of networking, Wi-Fi, remote access, VPNs, firewalls, HTTPS/TLS, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of user accounts, role-based permissions, Active Directory, certificates, and web-server administration.
• Experience with APIs and integration with enterprise or manufacturing systems.
• Experience with validation, change control, cybersecurity, and 21 CFR Part 11 / EU Annex 11 preferred.
• Strong project-management, analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

• Supports pre-sale activities, including technical consultations and environment assessments.
• Defines scope, prerequisites, responsibilities, risks, and completion criteria.
• Manages installation, configuration, integration, testing, and upgrades.
• Coordinates with IT, automation engineering, MSAT, Quality and other functions to maintain progress.
• Translates technical requirements into practical solutions and configurations.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to align resources and address barriers.
• Provides timely project updates and documents technical decisions.
• Identifies and resolves installation, connectivity, and performance issues.
