Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC seeks a Clinical Application Specialist/Field Application Specialist to drive adoption of CGT Technologies. You will be the primary technical resource, providing pre-sale demos, post-sale implementation and ongoing support, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to enable customer success.

The role is based in Boston or Houston with up to 50% travel. A 6% target bonus is available, and a comprehensive benefits program accompanies the competitive base salary of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, or related scientific field.
• 3+ years of experience in Cell and Gene Therapy, biotechnology, or related field.
• Hands-on cell culture, cell processing, or cell therapy manufacturing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Owns customer application support for CGT Technologies in assigned territory.
• Maintains working knowledge of the CGT Technologies portfolio.
• Plans and conducts pre-sale demonstrations at customer sites with SME review.
• Leads post-sale implementations, training, data review, and optimization with SME support.
• Travels to support customers and achieve business objectives.
• Documents activities in CRM and maintains strong customer relationships.
