Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a Technical Implementation Specialist to lead the implementation and technical support of the CGT Technologies portfolio's software at customer sites. You will perform pre-sale consultations, assess customer requirements, plan implementations, install and configure systems, and coordinate integrations and upgrades.

You will collaborate with IT, automation, MSAT, Quality, and other technical teams, ensuring clear communication, managing dependencies, and guiding

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
Minimum of 5 years of related experience in software implementation, systems administration, systems integration, technical support, or a related field.
Demonstrated customer-facing experience implementing, integrating, or supporting software systems in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

Owns implementation and technical support of the CGT Technologies portfolio's software application at customer sites.
Supports pre-sale activities, including technical consultations, assessments of customer requirements and technical environments, product presentations, demonstrations, and responses to RFI/RFPs.
Defines implementation scope, prerequisites, responsibilities, dependencies, risks, and completion criteria.
Develops and manages implementation plans, installation, configuration, system integration, testing, and upgrades.
Coordinates with stakeholders to maintain project progress and align resources.
