Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist/Field Application Specialist to drive adoption of CGT Technologies in Houston/Boston. You will support customers from pre-sale demonstrations through post-sale implementation, training, and ongoing application support, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of CGT solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Cell and Gene Therapy or related biotech manufacturing.
• Hands-on cell culture, processing, or manufacturing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience delivering customer training and product demonstrations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Willlingness to travel up to 50%.
• English proficiency for all work communications.

Responsibilities

• Owns customer application support for the CGT Technologies portfolio within assigned territory.
• Maintains working knowledge of the CGT Technologies portfolio.
• Collects and assesses customer requirements and designs customized protocols with SME input.
• Plans and conducts pre-sale demonstrations at customer sites including experimental design and data communication.
• Leads post-sale implementations and training, coordinating with SMEs for optimization.
• Leads troubleshooting activities and communicates conclusions and recommended actions to customers.
• Maintains knowledge of customer manufacturing processes and planned changes.
• Partners with Account Executive to achieve objectives and identify growth opportunities.
• Documents activities and feedback in CRM and other systems.
• Represents the company at meetings, conferences, and events; travels as needed.
