Job summary

Fresenius Kabi is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist/Field Application Specialist (FAS) to drive adoption of CGT Technologies. You will gain deep knowledge of customer processes and help integrate solutions, from pre-sale demonstrations to post-sale training and support.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet revenue and utilization goals, while staying current on customer operations and feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Cell and Gene Therapy, biotechnology, biopharmaceutical manufacturing, medical devices, or related field.
• Hands-on cell culture, cell processing, or cell therapy manufacturing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable delivering customer training, product demonstrations, technical presentations, and public speaking engagements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• English proficiency required to perform essential functions.

Responsibilities

• Owns customer application support for the CGT Technologies portfolio within assigned territory.
• Maintains working knowledge of the CGT Technologies portfolio.
• Collects and assesses customer unit operation requirements and designs customized protocols with assistance and review from internal subject-matter experts.
• Plans and conducts pre-sale demonstrations at customer sites, including experimental design, data collection, and communication of results.
• Leads post-sale implementations by aligning customer performance expectations with protocol design, training, and support.
• Leads troubleshooting activities with internal SMEs.
• Maintains current knowledge of customers’ manufacturing processes and product applications.
• Partners with the Account Executive to achieve annual objectives related to customer acquisition, utilization, retention, growth, and revenue.
• Documents customer activities and feedback in CRM and other systems.
• Builds strong relationships with stakeholders across functions.
• Represents the company at meetings, conferences, and events.
• Travels as required to support customers and business objectives.
