Zusammenfassung

Fresenius Kabi is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist/Field Application Specialist to drive customer adoption of the CGT Technologies portfolio. You will act as a primary technical resource, providing pre-sale demonstrations, post-sale implementation support, training, troubleshooting, and ongoing application guidance to customers across assigned territory.

The role requires hands-on experience in CGT, biotechnology, or related manufacturing environments, with strong communication skills

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, or related scientific field.
• 3+ years of experience in Cell and Gene Therapy, biotechnology, biopharmaceutical manufacturing, medical devices, or a related field.
• Hands‑on cell culture, cell processing, or cell therapy manufacturing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Owns customer application support for the CGT Technologies portfolio within assigned territory.
• Maintains working knowledge of the CGT Technologies portfolio.
• Collects and assesses customer unit operation requirements and designs customized protocols with assistance from internal subject-matter experts.
• Plans and conducts pre-sale demonstrations at customer sites, including experimental design, logistics, execution, data collection, and communication of results.
• Leads post-sale implementations by aligning customer performance expectations with protocol design, training, and optimization.
