Job summary

CareGivers America is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide 1:1 supervision and support to children in their homes in Carbon County. Training is provided and pathways to Home Health Aide certification are available.

No prior experience is required, and your role helps children feel safe, supported, and cared for as part of a meaningful in-home care team. The position offers flexible schedules, paid training, and growth opportunities, with benefits including health insurance options, PTO,

Qualifications

• HHA or CNA certificate preferred.
• Willingness to work in Carbon County.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients location.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 supervision and support to children in a safe, in-home setting.
• Assist with daily living skills, including hygiene, meals, and routine care as needed.
• Implement and support IEPs and behavior support plans (BIPs).
• Facilitate structured, age-appropriate activities that promote skill development.
• Support positive behavior strategies and maintain a consistent, safe environment.
• Frequent standing and walking, assisting with daily activities and occasional lifting or supporting individuals.

What You'll Do:
