Job summary

The Minnesota Department of Human Services is seeking a CFSS Development and Policy Consultant to coordinate the design and implementation of Community First Services and Supports (CFSS).

The role directs CFSS service development, leads stakeholder engagement, and provides policy and budget analysis to support statewide service reform, with a focus on ensuring alignment with MA reform and cross-agency collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3 years of professional experience in Home and Community Based Services.
• Experience with legislative process, state government and DHS policies and rules.
• Planning, policy analysis, budgetary analysis and systems design experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct the design and development of new CFSS services.
• Direct the development of a CFSS implementation plan and conduct policy and budget analysis.
• Develop and facilitate stakeholder engagement.
• Provide consultation, communication and planning to support CFSS implementation.
• Other duties as assigned.
