Job summary

Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota (LSS) invites applications for an FMS Service Coordinator in Saint Paul. This role manages budgets, compliance, and service delivery for individuals using self-directed services through PICS, ensuring accurate records and proper stewardship of public funds.

You will coordinate enrollments, monitor expenditures, and serve as a primary liaison with families, Lead Agencies, and service providers in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, Social Work, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in case management, service coordination, financial services, account management, program administration, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for participants, families, support teams, and Lead Agencies.
• Coordinate participant enrollments, renewals, service updates, and revisions.
• Support participants in understanding self-directed service options, program requirements, and available resources.
• Facilitate timely processing of participant requests to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and external partners to resolve service-related concerns.
• Assist participants and families in navigating complex service systems and requirements.
