Job summary

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience working with child welfare information systems or similar systems with a focus on child welfare programs.
• Strong communication and analytical skills suitable for policy and system discussions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze child welfare policy and business requirements for SSIS.
• Coordinate with policy areas on system implications of policy changes.
• Evaluate user questions and requests for enhancements to SSIS Worker and SSIS DHS modules.
• Improve SSIS system quality for better operations and administration.
• Support CCWIS readiness by documenting processes and aligning legacy SSIS with CCWIS.
• Perform other duties to support the department’s mission.
