Job summary

The State of Minnesota's Department of Human Services is seeking a CFSS Development and Policy Consultant in St. Paul to direct the design and implementation of Community First Services and Supports (CFSS).

You will coordinate policy, budget analysis and the development of an implementation plan across agencies and stakeholders. You will lead stakeholder engagement, provide planning and advisory support for CFSS rollout, and guide cross‑functional teams through a complex, statewide services

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DHS policies, procedures and state laws governing Medical Assistance and Home and Community Based Services.
• Experience with planning, policy analysis, and budgetary analysis to support project management.
• Experience with statistical or research methods to design reports and analyze results.
• Strong communication and collaboration across agencies and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Direct the design and development of new CFSS services.
• Lead the CFSS implementation planning and conduct policy and budget analysis.
• Develop and facilitate stakeholder engagement.
• Provide consultation, planning and coordination to support CFSS implementation.
• Other duties as assigned.
