Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a PEPI CFO Services Manager (Financial Reporting Advisory) to support private equity portfolio companies with governance, reporting and process improvements. You will lead financial reporting, ensure compliance with US GAAP, and drive improvements across close cycles and business transformations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of US GAAP and accounting changes; provide recommendations on complex guidance.
• Prepare and review pre- and post-deal financial reporting to meet contractual/regulatory requirements.
• Update and apply expertise to SEC reporting and audit support when preparing IPO readiness.
• Build and interpret financial models; communicate insights to senior management and board.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US GAAP and advise on complex guidance.
• Prepare and review pre- and post-deal financial reporting to meet requirements.
• Lead initiatives to improve transparency in financial reporting processes.
