Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a PE-focused CFO Services Manager to lead financial reporting advisory work for portfolio companies. You will apply US GAAP expertise to improve transparency, manage pre/post-deal reporting, and guide IPO readiness with SEC reporting and audit support.

You will drive working capital optimization, advise on complex accounting changes, and mentor junior team members in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• CPA certification required or in progress.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date US GAAP knowledge and advise on complex accounting guidance.
• Prepare and review pre- and post-deal financial reporting to meet regulatory requirements.
• Guide IPO readiness by drafting SEC reporting and providing audit support.
• Drive working capital optimization and process improvements in financial reporting.
• Identify and remediate EBITDA volatility or unexplained financial results through advisory support.
