Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a PEPI - CFO Services Director to lead financial reporting advisory for private equity portfolio companies. You will apply deep US GAAP expertise to advise on transactions, ensure timely reporting, and support IPO readiness when needed.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering value through governance, liquidity management, and performance analytics across engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10-15+ years of relevant work experience in both public accounting and industry.
• CPA certification highly preferred.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US GAAP and provide recommendations on complex accounting guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting advisory engagements for private equity portfolio companies.
• Guide clients through IPO readiness and SEC reporting support.
• Drive working capital optimization and liquidity planning.
• Develop and review financial models and accounting treatments.
• Coordinate data collection and validation across multiple stakeholders.
• Manage projects with clear timelines and client expectations.
