Qualifications

• CPA certification (state CPA) requirement.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting (B.A./B.S.) required.
• Accounting major required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US GAAP and advise clients on complex guidance.
• Prepare and review pre- and post-deal financial reporting to meet contractual/regulatory requirements.
• Investigate EBITDA volatility and unresolved accounts through advisory or interim roles.
• Guide IPO readiness with SEC reporting support and audit liaison.
• Drive working capital optimization and dispute resolution with clients.
