Job summary

Rackspace Technology seeks an exceptional Chief Financial Officer for its GPU-as-a-Service business. The CFO will architect the financial framework, lead FP&A, pricing strategy, and capital allocation to scale the high-growth GPUaaS unit while partnering with the corporate finance function.

This executive role balances startup agility with governance expectations of a public company, guiding product investment, data-center economics, and strategic partnerships to drive long-term profitability.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of executive finance leadership in high-growth tech/cloud/AI infrastructure.
• Capital allocation, FP&A, pricing strategy, and business performance management.
• Experience with data center economics, build-vs-lease, depreciation, and ROIC.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior financial partner to GM/BU leader for GPUaaS and align with corporate strategy.
• Define and operate a scalable financial model for launch, scale and value creation.
• Lead long-range planning, scenarios, and budgeting with disciplined cost control.
• Build and lead a finance organization capable of rapid growth and transformation.
• Guide capital strategy for GPU fleet expansion, CapEx/OpEx tradeoffs and capacity planning.
• Design pricing models based on GPU economics and customer consumption patterns.
• Provide KPI dashboards and regular performance updates to CEO, board, and investors.
