Rackspace Technology is seeking an exceptional finance executive to serve as Chief Financial Officer for its GPU-as-a-Service business. This role reports to the CFO of the company and partners with the General Manager of GPUaaS to build a scalable financial foundation for rapid growth.

The CFO will lead strategy for capital allocation, pricing, and operating performance, drive long-range planning, and recruit a high-performing finance team.

This role reports to the Chief Financial Officer of Rackspace Technology, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the General Manager of the GPU-as-a-Service business, to build and scale one of Rackspace's highest-growth businesses.The CFO will serve as the financial architect of the GPUaaS business, providing strategic leadership across capital allocation, financial planning, infrastructure investment, commercial finance, pricing, investor support, and operational performance. This executive will establish the financial foundation necessary to support rapid growth while ensuring disciplined investment decisions and long-term profitability.As Rackspace builds a standalone AI infrastructure business, the CFO will operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, balancing startup agility with the financial rigor expected of a public company.
