Job summary

Rackspace Technology is seeking an exceptional finance executive to serve as Chief Financial Officer for its GPU-as-a-Service business. This role reports to the CFO of the company and partners with the General Manager of GPUaaS to build a scalable financial foundation for rapid growth.

The CFO will lead strategy for capital allocation, pricing, and operating performance, drive long-range planning, and recruit a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of executive finance leadership in high-growth technology, cloud, or capital-intensive businesses.
• Experience in capital allocation, infrastructure economics, pricing strategy, and performance management.
• Proven track record evaluating data center economics and large-scale capital investments.

Responsibilities

• Define financial operating model to support launch, scale, and long-term value creation.
• Lead annual planning, long-range forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Build and lead a finance team to support the GPU-as-a-Service business.
• Provide regular performance updates to the CEO, executive team, Board, and investors.
