Job summary

You will drive end-to-end programs, establish baselines, quantify opportunities, and translate recommendations into executable initiatives with governance and measurable benefits.

The role emphasizes leadership, client relationship building with CFOs and PE sponsors, and applying AI/analytics to accelerate outcomes while managing risk and delivery quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in cost optimization, performance improvement, or finance transformation.
• Proven leadership of multiple material cost optimization programs.
• Experience advising CFOs, finance executives, or PE sponsors on cost decisions.
• Ability to travel up to 50% based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cost optimization and value creation engagements, including diagnostics and implementation.
• Establish defensible cost baselines across labor, third-party spend, and operating expenses.
• Identify and quantify opportunities across productivity, outsourcing, and automation.
• Translate opportunities into executable initiatives with owners, milestones, and risks.
• Design governance and benefits tracking aligned to budget and cash flow.
• Develop methodologies, baselines, and playbooks; mentor junior staff.
• Build executive relationships with CFOs and PE partners; contribute to proposals.
