Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients, obtain vitals, record in EMR and history
• Assist veterinarians with appointments, surgery, dentistry, and euthanasia
• Perform restraints, lab work, and medication handling under veterinarian direction
• Schedule, educate clients, manage records and inventory, handle accounts receivable
• Prepare patients for procedures, monitor anesthesia, discharge or transfer as needed
• Provide in-hospital treatments and post-care support
• Train new staff and maintain a clean hospital environment
• Provide backup front desk support as needed
