Qualifications

• Credentialed Veterinary Technician required, IL licensure preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Veterinary Technician in a clinical setting.

• Strong computer and EMR skills; able to manage records accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients; record vitals and visit details in the EMR.
• Assist veterinarians with exams, surgeries, dentistry, and euthanasia as directed.
• Perform patient restraint, collect samples, administer meds and monitor treatments.
• Maintain accurate client and patient records; schedule and coordinate appointments.
• Prepare patients for procedures; monitor anesthesia and recovery under supervision.
• Help train new staff and keep the hospital clean and organized.
