Qualifications

• College or college-equivalent education to become a Credentialed Veterinary Technician.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Veterinary Technician.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Team player willing to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients, collect vital signs, and document visits in the EMR.
• Assist veterinarians with appointments, surgery, dentistry, and euthanasia.
• Restrain patients, process labs, and dispense medications as directed.
• Schedule, educate clients, and manage records and accounts receivable.
• Prepare patients for procedures and monitor anesthetized patients.
• Provide in-hospital treatments and maintain a clean hospital environment.
• Train new staff and support hospital operations.
