Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking PT-Stretch Specialists to support members by providing branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, fostering healthier lives and a positive member experience aligned with Life Time Brand standards.

You will develop personalized stretch programs, demonstrate techniques, and promote stretch session offerings while documenting progress and maintaining professional certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified personal Trainer must have CPR and AED.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to achieve goals and retention.
• Lead clients through assisted stretch sessions with PNF/contract-relax techniques.
• Lead recovery sessions using assisted stretching, Hypervolt, and breathing drills.
• Read and engage in required training for the role.
