Job summary

Vail Resorts in Beaver Creek, CO, seeks energetic seasonal Ski Instructors to teach group and private lessons to guests of all ages. You will deliver world-class guest service on a safe, fun learning slope, and contribute to a supportive ski-school environment.

Starting wages range from $21.00 to $64.34 per hour, with opportunities for higher teaching incentives. This winter seasonal role offers benefits, training, and a path to develop in a world-class mountain resort.

Qualifications

• Minimum PSIA/AASI instructor Level 1 certification or ISIA equivalent and above.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older.
• Must be willing to work weekends/holidays and meet scheduling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Teach group and private lessons.
• Work with guests of all ages and abilities.
• Deliver world class guest service in a fun environment.
• Create a safe and fun learning environment.
• Support all ski school needs including scanning, running surface lifts, and equipment fitting.
• Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiers and riders.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications:

Shift Type:Full Time and Part Timehours available.For Full-Time Instructors, a 40-hour workweek is not guaranteed. Scheduled hours will vary depending on business volume.
